Our return window is 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If we have sent you an incorrect or faulty product, you may return it in original condition within 7 days of your purchase for a free replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your replacement will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days after approval.
If you receive an item and simply don't like it, we do accept returns and refunds — the item must be in its original condition.
Please note that 20% service charges will be deducted on refund payments. These charges cover delivery, handling, and packing costs incurred.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at omee00@gmail.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded — sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
⚠️ Customized / Printed Cases
No return or refund for customized/printed cases because we print them on demand after receiving your order. All sales on customized products are final, and no exchanges or refunds will be provided unless there is a manufacturing defect.
